OK so drum roll please. I have gone from 460 pounds on May 20th to 356 pounds today. 4 months and 10 days to lose a total of 104 pounds. What an awesome way to start the work week. Thanks to everyone here that has helped keep me on track and focused. Here's to the next 100.
