Walk.  Then walk some more.  And then get up and walk.  In between, sip.

Glad you're home - it does get better, trust me!

You already got a tip on walking...A heating pad helped me. My gas pain was in my shoulders and back so in between my walking I would sit with a heating pad on my back. Also, you can try Gas-X. I used the strips. It seemed to help a little but walking and the heating pad helped the most. Good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery! :)

I agree with everyone else. My doctor told me to buy the liquid drops you give to babies for gas. They worked great for me.

You will be feeling better soon. The walking is your friend at this stage. I hope you feel better soon.

IT gets better.....I promise!  The best way to get rid of the gas pains is to walk...walk...and walk.  It is the only way to get it moving.  Also a heating pad was my best friend for a few days.  It was very soothing.  And don't forget you can use your pain meds.

Good luck

Patty
