full liquid soup ideas?
When I was on full liquids, I would go to the store and buy chicken tortilla soup from the deli's hot bar. I strained it of the solids and sipped on the broth...so good!

ANYTHING that you can strain. I made the mistake of locking myself into canned "cream of" soups and got really bored. TheMexcellentOne has a great idea of getting deli soup and straining it. Just make sure you're able to track things :)

I made a soup with lean ground chicken, onions, cabbage, herbs, carrots, chicken stock, a bit of tomato paste for flavor, salt, pepper, and garlic. I simmered it a while to really soften all the veggies, then blended it in my magic bullet. I just had the last of it, but it was so good, plus it had a nice bit of protein.
I also made homemade chili with lean ground chicken, black beans, and pinto beans, and I made white bean with ham soup. Both blended nicely.
