Almost at goal?
Hey, as long as you are loosing & you r 5 lbs away from goal! so upping your calories by 100 cals is perfectly fine! In fact you need to eat around 70 to 80 gms carbs during maintenance pahse, which u r nearing already!!!
Congrats on your success... u r such an inspiration. I started out at 262 lbs & on Surgery date I was 242 lbs.. so my goal is pretty much similar to yours.. How I wish I was 5 lbs away from goal!!! Congrats you go girl!

You are doing great! Pay attention to your body and keep focusing on proteins and healthy fats. You shouldn't have any problem reaching your goals especially at 800 calories or less. Be careful with feeling light headed. I've fallen and have had to focus on supplementing electrolytes.
Have your blood pressure checked in three positions, laying down, than sitting, than from laying down to standing.
Keep your fluids up.....
Bottom line.... get checked out by your doctor.
Besides that.... great WL !!!

Hi, congrats on your weight loss! I was in the same position as you, feeling dizzy not feeling like I was eating enough and upped my calories from 700-800 a day and 40 carbs a day and that helped. Of course I had increased my workout also. I still lost at the same pace and just made it to goal in 6 mos. 1 week. You have to adjust your calories and carbs for you and what makes you feel healthy. Everyone is different and will have their own way of making it to goal. I feel great and will now adjust my eating again as I go into maintenance. I wish you much success on your weight loss, your almost there!
