Just 9 pound from goal and almost 2 years out!
I'm closing in on two years post sleeve and getting really close to my weight goal. Added weight lifting to my aerobic exercise and it's made a huge difference in my overall fitness level. I didn't expect that! My wife and I hit the gym almost every morning at 5:30 and can't imagine life without it. I thought that it would be very difficult but it wasn't. Currently exercising almost every day and tracking every bite of food on myfitnesspal.com. These two things have kept me on track and living a completely different and fulfilling life!
We have similar starting profiles so your after picture gives me a lot of hope for the future. My wife won't know what to do with me when I reach a similar "after" profile.
