Almost called this an NSV out of habit haha!

We have one of those doctor's scales in my office (who knows why) and today was the first day that I could get on fully clothed and when I moved the bottom bar over to 200 it went "clunk" because clearly that is too high!! Moved the bottom bar to 150 for the first time today and weigh 197.5 fully clothed with jeans on!!!

Your post made me smile! That is great! I am looking forward to that experience! I am looking forward to see the scale go down instead of setting it at what I was before then need to pu**** up because I had gained weight!

I promise that when that happens to me I will be dancing all the way to the exam room!!!
