2 year anniversary yesterday, feeling amazing! Weight loss at goal. Strength, healthiness, happiness and self-esteem gained and beyond goal! Definitely would do it all again. :)

So awesome! Was there a time in the beginning that you regretted doing it? You hear that so often on here, does it pass and not leave lasting scars?

The first three months post op were hell. Lack of energy, nausea, emotional. Didn't tolerate food, survived on liquids, maybe got 400 Calories in per day. But that passed like the pain of childbirth, the memories fade, but not forgotten. I know how hard I fought and what I went through. What's left is a sense of pride and strength; no longer defeated by the person looking back in the mirror. Good luck you and everyone out there.
