Loosing Weight not Inches

Guys,

I am nearly 4 weeks out and have lost 38 Lbs but have not lost too much in inches.

Any feedback / advice.

It may take your body a little while longer to 'catch up' and tighten up the connective tissue after you've lost some weight.

I would guess you still have some swelling. I know that is my issue. 

Oh it's gonna happen...and when it does you'll probably see the scale doesn't move but you go down pant sizes like crazy.   That's the way it has worked for me.  

I find I've gone back and forth (I'm just over 3 months post-op). I'll have a few weeks where I lose pounds and some inches, then I switch and don't really lose pounds but I shrink.

Odd phenomenon, but I'll take whatever I can get (rid of).

I've noticed the same thing. I'm still wearing the same clothes as before, and the only place that's gotten smaller is my waist by a little bit. It's definitely disappointing, but I know that if I keep on track, my body will catch up with the scale!
