A little win

I went out with a couple of girlfriends last night. Nights like these usually comprise of greasy carb based appetizers and several drinks. I ate my VSG friendly dinner before I went, and I sipped on water the whole time instead of ****tails. It was fun, anyway, and today I feel like a winner. Now I'm off to the gym for some cardio.

I'd call that a huge win!  Planning for success and having fun without food are two biggies ;). Awesome.
