You Go Girl! I am always inspired by reading your posts, up or down; you give me such inspiration and hope for this journey we are on to healthy living. You have such joy in your smile, i am glad that your back pain is under control and you can get out and enjoy yourself. I wish I could visit with you again at the conference this year, but maybe next year.
