3 weeks out - no weightloss this week at all

This last week has been frustrating! No weight loss at all.

I am not getting all my fluids but I am getting my protein in.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get all my fluids in and that will start to move the scale.

Any advice or tips would be more than appreciated.

Stalls are totally normal.  Work on getting in all of your fluids because those are super important.

But, yeah.  My best advice is "don't worry, most everyone stalls, stick to your plan and you'll get there."

SO glad I am reading here before surgery. I would never guess there would be stalls. I would have been worried.

Not to worry! Totally normal especially around 3 weeks. Just focus on fluids! It is great that you are getting in protein.

I think your stats are absolutely normal. It does happen dear, that at times you lose less weight and at other times you lose comparatively more weight. So do not get stressed about it.Try and see the long term benefits.I think it is way to early for you to start counting the pounds lost on a daily basis.First and foremost you need to heal and then should weight loss matter to you.Follow the instructions given by your surgeon and soon you will shed all that weight and will be thankful for taking the decision of having the surgery. It will change your whole life, just give it a little time dear. Well, take care and remain positive.

Stalls suck but stick to your plan and you will progress.  I just came off my 2nd 11 day stall.  The first one I lost 14 lbs over the next two weeks and this one finally broke Saturday and I lost 7 lbs over the weekend.  I think it helped I walked almost 4 miles Saturday and 2 miles yesterday plus a lot of gardening, mowing and a 2.5 hour visit to the San Antonio Zoo.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.
