Did you excercise yesterday/today?
I did a lower body weight workout yesterday for 30 minutes and walked 2.5 miles last night. I made the 1st mile in 17 minutes, the 2nd in 18 minutes and slowed down for the last 1/2 mile for a total of 45 minutes. Avg heart rate, 137 and approx 375 calories burned.
I am getting ready for a 5K on Sept 20 with a goal of under 54 minutes.

Yesterday I went for a leisurely walk in the morning and then I did an hour yoga class. Today I'll be heading to the gym (as soon as I put down the computer) to run and then I'll do 15-30 minutes of post-run yoga once I'm back home.
I'm also training for my first 5K! It's in mid-October and the maximum time is 60 minutes. I can reliably do my 5Ks in 60 minutes now, so every second I improve between now and then is just icing on the cake :D This week my plan is 1 minute runs with 2.5 minute recovery walk periods. (Here's the rest of my plan, if anyone is curious.)

Congrats on running. I am not ready yet. maybe when I get below 250. I tried the other night and it is too stressfull on my knees.

You'll get there :) When I started, I was doing 15 seconds of running with 5 minutes of recovery walking. Heh.

Swam a mile yesterday, only about 2/3 of what a usually do yardaqe-wise, but I stopped at my favorite secluded cemetery on my way home and ran a quick mile and a half. If I can get more comfortable as a land animal and find a really comfortable bike seat, I might try to tackle a triathlon next Spring :)
Did upper body strength training today for 30 minutes. :) Kept things short today as Aunt Flo made her arrival yesterday and I generally feel wormy the first couple of days she's around. :/
