How much did y'all loose your first month after VS surgery? I am taking the first month off of work after my surgery, scheduled Aug 25th, and I am just curious to know what I might look like coming back. I know the more you weight the more you lose so please include your starting weight :) thanks!!!!

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

I lost 14.6 pounds. Not enough to be noticeable by anyone or to require smaller clothes.

I'm blanking on how much I lost the first month, but I'm seven weeks out as of today and I've lost 33 pounds. Started at 227.

VSG on 05/20/14

I lost a good 40+ lbs (10% of my weight) between the last time I saw a colleague before my 1 month leave and eventually saw them upon my return. I took me about 80lbs before I started getting asked (or doing a double take if they were uncomfortable asking).

BTW 100% positive response to using WLS to help lose weight.
