Monday Aug 18 VSGers, how are you exercising today?
Had to be at work early so I could not do my morning walk. I plan on going to the Y after work. I get my official sleep study results this afternoon.

I did 60 minutes yoga - 15 min morning stretches for back, 15 min twist & align for back, 15 min lower back, hips & glutes for back, 15 min beginner relaxation. My partner joined me for the first time, so that was nice! I chose to do yoga at home instead of waking up to make my 9am Monday yoga class. The extra sleep was much needed after the best four days in gaming.

Well, good news, bad news. Good news, my pressure on my cpap went from 15 to 9. Hopefully in 6 months I will be off it completely. Bad news, just tired today and took a day off from exercise. Tomorrow is another day.
