Just thought I would let you all know I love seeing everyones results reading about everyones good and not so good stuff and I think everyone on here is very supportive and helpful it makes me even more excited about my journey :)

I Saw my PCP on thursday and talked to her about the WLS gwe wnt over a list of quedtion my surgeons office gave me to give to her and she absolutely approved and agreed I made a wonderful decision :) she said she would be faxing over the refferal letter to the surgeons office sometime this coming week and would be mailing me a copy also!!

Psych eval scheduled on 10/28 and back to see the nutritionist on 11/18 and also soing the MMPI test that day too...Gosh im so excited !!! I just hope insurance approves!!

Good Luck! My time has not flown buy as I wait for every little thing. Maybe I'm just impatient. Waiting on insurance approval now…. along with an appt with NUT and Exercise Dr, OH and also waiting for endoscopy and upper GI. Those appts are scheduled for the first half of Nov.

Im not very patient eithee but we got to look at the bright side its just a matter of months for it to happen!!

Good luck! It can seem like a lot of hoops to jump through, but for me, the time went by pretty quickly, and the pre-op educational sessions required by my surgeon's office were useful. it's hard to wait but I'm sure you'll be on the losers bench soon!
