Took the liberty of starting today's thread.

Went to my five-month follow-up visit with surgeon and nutritionist - gold stars all around!

Had a great day today foodwise -- ordered some different flavored protein samples, and tried the mint cookie flavor - very tasty.

The mint cookie flavor is AWESOME mixed in plain Greek yogurt and frozen.  I mean, AWESOME.

1 - steel cut oats w/ protein powder

2 - string cheese

3 - egg, chicken breakfast link, mozarella scramble and pear

4 - Aidell's chicken andouille sausage, sauteed kale, sweet potato

5 - protein bar?

The mint chip is the only protein powder I've found that my partner will tolerate so far.  He's super picky!  

I've missed my Tai Chi and Pilates the last two weeks, it was so nice to get back to them today!

1: frankenshake
