My big day is Wednesday!! I'm a mixture of emotions, no second thought just extremely nervous and scared. Thank you to all who participate on these boards - I feel like I am better prepared due to your experiences and advice!  I'd love any last minute words of wisdom!!!!

You can do it!  Take deep breaths and try to keep busy between now and then.  I had to run my cat all over the county for an emergency medical thing in the few days before my surgery, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.  I had no time to worry!

Best of luck to you! Tomorrow is my big day and while I am also a huge bundle of nerves, I just remind myself that this is what I've been waiting so long for and this will improve the way I live my life. Other than that all I can say is to keep your mind busy. Today I've cleaned my house and rented a couple of good movies to keep me busy. Between that and back and forth trips to the bathroom (thank you mag citrate!) Lol. I'm keeping myself busy enough to not stress too much. Sending positive thoughts and lots of best wishes you on your big day!

We've come this far (my surgery is Dec 4th) and we can do this. I've done so much research and I feel more than prepared and ready. Trust in your surgeon and everything will go well. Good luck and may you have an easy and good recovery. Please, keep us posted. Christine.

Don't be afraid. Take a deep breath and visualize how good you will look and feel in the near future.  Think about how for once, all of your hard work will be reflected in the scale as the numbers begin to decrease.

Good luck, you can do this. Walk and sip as much as you can.
