Thanks so much! Before you know it... you'll be two years out from surgery too... the time really does fly. I would definitely encourage you to take advantage of the early days after surgery to lose as much as possible - it only gets hard as time goes by (as I'm finding!)

Nikke, you are so amazing and such an inspiration!  I'm having my surgery in just over a month and stories like yours will keep me going through the Opti and through the recovery period because these are all things that I want for myself too!  Thanks for sharing your info, your pictures and your story!

It is so hard to believe you came from such big numbers!  Even pre-plastics your body did nor look so bad - I mean your breasts did not even look like they needed any work at all.  But now you look fantastic!  Live your life girl! Many blessings🙌

It's crazy to think how we let ourselves get to the point where simply moving is difficult. While I have some more to lose I feel a million times better...like I could do anything in the world. As far as the little things go shopping in regular stores being able to get whatever I want has been one of the best things for me. No more "best" choices from the slim pickings of plus size sections!
