3 Year Anniversary Gastric Sleeve!

3 year Anniversary of Gastric Sleeve Surgery and doing Great! Weight is "normal" at 143lbs and height 5'7. Running 3 miles almost daily planning to join a half Marathon training program this year. Love my body, my energy and all of my firsts I've accomplished over the last 3 years. I am still a recovering food addict; I meet with my Weigh****chers group once a week for continual support. To all those considering a gastric sleeve-"you are worth it!" And to all those struggling after recent sleeve surgery-"it gets easier; keep your spirits up!" Will try to post new pic and Thank you Thank you to all those folks who inspired me and encouraged me to keep the faith! 

Wow, way to go!  That's awesome!  3 miles a day is intense and super impressive.
