I'm rebooting myself and weight loss to reach goal, preferably by the end of the month but I won't be upset if it takes a little longer.
Yesterday I was ON POINT!
Started my morning off with my iced protein coffee, and a light Greek yogurt. The rest of the day, 12 hours running around a hospital, I had 2.5oz chicken breast on a small salad with balsamic vinegar, two cheese sticks, 84oz water, one small coffee, and two decaf teas. Dinner was 1/2c homemade chili and a little added chicken breast.
When I got to work, there was a huge platter filled with fudge brownies and chocolate peanut butter bars. ..I didn't even taste one! Then in the afternoon, someone brought back a platter of pastries like eclairs, cream puffs, tiramisu. NADA.
Tracked everything and I totalled 768 calories, 32 carbs, and 88 grams of protein.
Just trying to keep myself accountable and get this done!
It's so much easier when you keep track I think. It's so easy to go way over if you just estimate.
