B: 1/4 c. Refried Beans with a sprinkle of cheese

S: Protein shake

L: 1/4 c. Tuna with 1 tsp. Mayo and 1 tater tot (I should not have had the tater tot. It didn't taste that great and it gave me a bad stomach ache.)

L: more coffee, homemade beef jerky, pork rinds

S: Light n fit Greek cherry yogurt

D: four cheese and herb chicken, roasted carrot/zucchini/summer squash/onion with herbs

S: protein hot chocolate

W: um, mostly coffee today...so cold!

Breakfast - ham and green bean casserole

Lunch1 - harvest chicken salad

Lunch2 - BBQ pulled beef - yum

Dinner - ground beef and cabbage casserole

I had to go back to the gym today since we got snow and running in cold is one thing, but running in cold precipitation is a completely different thing.  Sigh.  I felt so clumsy.  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna/egg salad
3: potato "hamburger helper" with added mushrooms

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 40:31 5k training at 1% incline on the treadmill for a total of 2.18 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
