Hi there,

 

so yesterday was almost a wash of pain and walking and dry mouth all day....not much sleep but I'm feeling much better today's when I got to the hospital they checked me right and sent me up to the pre op suite where I changed got my iv and had to pee in a cup. I got a shot of synthetic heparin and spoke to my OR nurse, anesthesiologist and surgeons before they took me back. They gave me a ****tail of drugs before wheeling me back and the next thing I remember is waking up in pain. I had a lot of pain but I was up walking 2hours later because the gas was so bad. I ended up walking about 4separate times. I have a

good luck! I'm on my 4th day out. It gets easier. Just breathe. All you have to do is concentrate on inhaling and exhaling right now. Let them take care of the rest. You will wake up to a whole new life and a new tool to go forward. I wish you all the best.
