I get to go to choir tonight for the first time in something like 5 weeks.  I'm really looking forward to seeing my choir friends again.  And singing!  I'm also going to try out a new fitness class before choir that's called Pound.  Supposedly it's like Stomp in exercise format.  I'm pretty psyched about that.

1: frankenshake
2: eggs, potatoes
3: pre-class yogurt
4: pre-choir protein shake

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 42:08 5k training for a total of 2.22 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes pound class

I've been doing a much better job of eating right and drinking water this week and I'm down 2 more lbs!  I only have 5.5 pounds to go to reach my goal.  I also talked with a personal trainer today.  I'm going to chat with my husband and see if this is something we can possibly do together.

B: Granola and yogurt

L: fresh mozzarella, proscuitto and basil roll with a few wheat thins (this is my go to meal on the run)

D: I'm making Swedish meatballs.  I hope they are awesome.

Water: I'm doing so much better!  I really thought I was drinking enough, but now I realize that I wasn't.  Now, I'm drinking a full 70 ounces before dinner and I feel better.

E: still figuring out what to do.  Personal trainer is sounding more and more like a good idea

V: on track.  I've been taking magnesium at night and it really helps me sleep better.

I've recently switched to the four meals per day way of thinking too, although I'm too lazy to rearrange my MFP diary and am just logging my fourth meal as snacks.

1: london broil & broccoli
2: chicken breast & green beans
3: tuna, avocado & egg bake
4: ham slice, almonds, figs

Snacks: apple, beef jerky, blackberries

ETA: on track with vitamins, a little behind on fluids. Maybe it is time to make a coffee run! And exercise will be about 40 minutes of circuit training/HIIT tonight.

I still stick to 3 meals a day as much as I can, but Thursdays are my long day and I find I need a fourth meal to keep my energy up/stay awake to make it home!
