Today is Saturday!  Yay weekend!  I ran in the morning and also got to go to the farmers market.  I'm going to need to be stern with myself in the future and limit myself to one amazing pastry from the pastry chef that comes...

1: frankenshake
2: smoked trout, cheese stick
2.1: pastry
3: teriyaki flank steak with green onions, rice for the guys

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 10k training (this was about 1.5 miles plus some obstacle work), 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

B: cottage cheese and pineapple

L: shredded chicken and refried beans (left overs from Mexican restaurant last night - it was by first time eating out since surgery)

D: chicken salad with 3 town house crackers, green beans

S: Syntrax Nectar and Premier Protein shakes

Exercise: 50 minutes brisk walking, partly uphill



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

I just spent three hours at a local zoo with the grand kids.  What a marvelous healthy way to spend an afternoon.

 

breakfast - I got up late, so skipped it. (sleepless night last night)

Lunch - Phily cheese steak sloppy joes  and broccoli slaw

Lunch2 - chicken in spicy peanut sauce and sweet potato casserole

Dinner - chicken with kalamata oiives and tomatoes

snack - humus and wheat thins

vitamins - on track

water - low - I'll pu**** this evening

exercise - a three hour walk at the zoo.

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!
