I'm back in the groove and losing weight slowly.  I wanted to get down below 160 before leaving for my cruise in 8 days!  I am so ready to travel!

I was just thinking how much I love all the foods I'm eating today.  My servings are small - I still can only handle about 6 ounces per meal, but I enjoy them all so much.  And I'm losing weight on top of it.  I love my sleeve.

breakfast - salmon

lunch1 - crustless bacon and mushroom quiche - yum

lunch2 -  buffalo chicken

dinner - phily cheese steak sloppy joes and broccoli slaw - yum

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike time!

I have 2.5 pounds to get to my ultimate goal.  I'll be one year post op on July 29th and I think I can do it.  I've been losing steadily since having surgery, I think probably because of water weight from surgery.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt with Bear Naked granola

Stress Snack: popcorn

L: Not sure yet, waiting on my husband

D: philly cheesesteak pot roast

W: way, way, way behind.  I just got my first glass and it is 1:15.

Ugh, I have the hungry horrors today. Not sure if it's because I had a busy shift yesterday, about to have a whoosh, or just hormones. I've been sucking down water,  diet soda, coffee...anything to keep it at bay.

B: 1/2 mint chocolate chunk quest bar, large iced coffee with cream

B2: 4 crackers with hummus, piece of quiche topped with pepperjack cheese,  salsa,  and sour cream

L: 3oz sirloin steak

S: pork rinds,  2oz pepperjack cheese

D: I'm sure it will be some sort of protein.

I'm craving sugar and fat. I want a great big cheeseburger with fries, movie theater popcorn,  and an espresso martini. Thinking about making a low carb martini to quiet the beast, but don't want to feel like I "gave in".
