I'm in the homestretch of this term. This morning I'm heading out to see a movie (I haven't gotten to see many this term and probably should not be making the time to see one today). Then I'm home to cook and study for a bit and then it's off to a Cookbook Club Dinner - good food with good friends!

1: protein shake
2: tofu if there's any left in the fridge, otherwise no idea
3: cookbook club foods! I'm taking BBQ pulled lamb, so that's definitely high on the list of what I'll eat. Then I'll try bites of the things other people bring.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope :/

How about you?

Nice the end is in sight, Gwen!

It's still raining here, but due to end in a few hours. Then we get a break for a couple of days before it starts up again. Flooding in our area so hopefully the rivers and creeks will go back down before it starts up again!

It is SUPER yummy!! Dannon L&F 80 cal Greek yogurt. The toasted marshmallow is a limited edition flavor, so I'm getting as much of it as I can lol. No idea when it will change...last one was in the fall/winter and it was pumpkin.

Well, I'm at a new low weight this morning (even though official weigh in was yesterday). I'm hoping that means this last week was a fluke! I have an event today, so I will be hauling inventory all day.

12 hour day. Came in 20 minutes early so I can leave 20 minutes early. IFing it up. Trying to resist bagels. IF until 2pm, but I have my food bag so I don't eat crap if BED-brain absolutely has to eat.

Meal #1: coffeeeeee.

Meal #2: Siggi vanilla yogurt (forgot: I mixed this with protein powder)

Meal #3: pulled pork in adobo sauce with 1 adorable broccoli floret that is primarily garnish.

Food bag contents: tuna packet, cottage cheese w/cinnamon, quest bar

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Yesterday was a lazy day. I didn't go to the gym, but I did go to a movie. I saw the circle. Concept was good. Not impressed with Emma Watson. The rest of the cast was strong.

I FORGOT!!! I got into my 32 True Religion Jeans!!! I wore them to the movie!!!

I heard that about Emma Watson from two different people. Glad the rest of the cast made up for it for you.
