I think I ate too much and too fast. Afterwards, I got really hot, felt like I wanted to vomit, and had pain in my under my left front rib...mid chest.

I'm not sure if this is dumping, but I am sure I don't ever want to have to feel like that again ever! My next meal will be small!

That's not dumping, just the pain of eating one bite too many and then taking one more. That's why you should always weigh and measure everything.

I agree with Erin. As close as you are to surgery, you also need to take a minimum of 20-30 minutes to eat your measured portion, so your brain has time to get the signal that your stomach has something in it. Absolutely don't eat more than you are supposed to be at this point as recommended by your program. At 2 weeks out, you should be having really no more than 1/4 cup per meal.
