Morning, VSGers! It's warm (relatively) and windy here this morning. In fact, the whole upcoming week should be mild compared to what we've been seeing. That's good since we had an $800 heat bill and a $200 electric bill for January!

QOTD: What's your favorite scent? I like citrusy smells and also spicy smells like pumpkin/cinnamon, as long as they don't tend too much towards food.

12 months post-op/Maintenance/132.8lbs

M1: Coffee, PP, Miralax, HC

M2: Sausage, Egg, Fajita Veggies

M3: Shrimp & Fajita Veggies

M4: Chicken Sausage

M5: Yogurt w/ PB

E: 30 minutes of Yoga because we skipped yesterday. Still deciding if I'll go to the gym to run today or not. If not today then probably tomorrow.

M3: Shrimp

M4: Chili

M5: Lasagna! (The one I was supposed to make 5 days ago - IT WILL GET MADE TODAY)

Happy Saturday! I'm excited because tonight we're taking Rylan & Nyah to see Big Fish the Musical! I truly LOVE musical theatre so I can't wait to introduce them to it.

QOTD: Well I'm allergic to perfume - artificial scents literally make me sick, so I really like all of the nice scents nature produces. Citrus, spearmint, lavender, magnolia, basil, etc

B - Coffee & PP

L - turkey I think

D - We ended up having shrimp last night, so we'll have the Mahi Mahi tonight with basil & lemon.

I went out to the local Parkrun this morning and now I'm home and shivering. Drinking my protein shake and then hitting the shower to warm up. I've got a busy day planned. A trip to the storage unit to get a bunch of surgery things out of the house, then The Commuter. Once home again I'll Skype with my mom, cook dinner, probably do laundry, and hopefully get the rough draft of my HMGT assignment finished since I was able to get the research completed yesterday!

QOTD: I love fruity/foodie scents. Apples, peaches, gingerbread... those are definitely my favorites. And cucumber!

1: protein shake
2: leftover bonchon
3: chicken dahiwala (a chicken thigh curry dish), rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: Parkrun!

Good morning everyone! Sounds like a few of us are warming up some today. It should be in the 30's today and raining here. Amazing how going from zero degrees to the 30's feels like a heat wave:-)

Going to participate in our local women's march today an noon. Painted my signs last night on black poster board with big pink lettering. This is a big NSV for me, I haven't participated in any type of protesting since I was in my late teens, early 20's. My weight has silenced my voice for a lot of years.

QOTD-I love soapy clean smells, citrus and floral.

B-sprouted grain toast with SF jam and almond butter

L-PP shake

S-chai tea w/cream and stevia

D-homemade split pea soup with ham

S-1/2 apple with almond butter

E-March, march and march some more:-)

Have a wonderful Saturday!

Happy Saturday, everyone! I miss being able to post every day but try to on the weekends. Soooo happy for the warming weather here, it's going to be mid-50s today! It's been so cold I'm thrilled for the change.

QOTD: Cucumber/melon is my very favorite scent to wear. For candles, I like all the classic spice/food smells--vanilla, pumpkin, gingerbread, apple/cinnamon, etc.

B: Yogurt w/sunflower butter, coffee w/cream and xylitol

L: Probably turkey sausage sticks w/Swirls cheese sticks and zucchini slices

D: Hopefully keto chili (no beans) and yummy keto cornbread!

Water and vites on track

E: Just got cortisone shots yesterday so hopefully some exercise this week

Sure thing! They call them biscuits but they taste and have the texture of cornbread so I call them cornbread lol. I make 6 out of this, and I use a muffin tin or individual brownie pan ( I have one that makes 12 squares) cuz I like them crispy on the bottom and edges. Enjoy!
