Gwen, we are having fall now behind the NC rain and wind from Hurricane Michael. Can't believe the hurricane season is not over till November 30th.

QOTD: What are your techniques/tricks to break carb cravings (if you have them)? Well, I didn't have any but appreciate them as I am going through it with the maintenance. I have been limiting the carb to a "healthy" choice, which might be more like a small corn tortilla (50 calories) with some fat free cheese. Or some air popped popcorn. I think I need to stick with low fat cheese sticks or cottage cheese!

Love that face! DH and I ONLY had dogs for the last 40 years (he didn't like cats). Now with Alzheimer's he wanted a cat (though it is actually DS cat).
