It's hard to believe it's July already!!!!
Hi Everyone!!! Welcome to the Menus and Miles!!!!
Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.
B: 2 oz. tuna fish, 1 scrambled egg, margarine (YUM)
S: few blueberries and 3 strawberries
L: Campbells Bean and Bacon Soup
S: 100 Calorie Klondike
D: McDonalds Ranch Snack Wrap with no dressing
S: Small piece of Pumpkin pie

Right now I am thinking some tuna and eggs would hit the spot!
But anyway...
64 oz goal with a tummeh that isn't very happy today.
So far: 12oz - 11am
1 zantac and 1 lexipro
1 multivitamin
2:00 pm
1/4 cup of chicken broth w/ (don't tell DH!!!!) 2 tsp of matzah ball
BA chocolate chew
Rest of day:
12 oz tea
4 oz of apple and peach baby food over 2 hours(OMG!)
12 oz of vitamin water
1 lexapro
1 atenelol
1 xanax (I am not sleeping well)
1 prilosec
So I am getting in the vites and meds and actually made Anth take me to Target tonight to shop for an hour (yay!) but I don't think I did so well with the fluids. Tomorrow is another day!!!

Confession: I had a couple licks of my mom's ice cream cone last night, but I didn't have an ice cream cone myself!

S-2% fage w/sf jam
L- protein shake (18)
S-2% fage w/sf jam
D- grilled chicken and veggie kabob, and 1/4 baked potato
Exercise- personal trainer- 30 minutes cardio (TBD), 30 minutes strength
Protein 96g/calories 776/carbs 51

Congrats on only licking! I didn't eat the cotton candy, the pizza , the pretzels but I ATE a lot of FAT and salt yesterday. It took all I had (willpower) not to eat a ton of junk at the game last night. I tried to make the game about something other than food but because I am detoxing, I was HUNGRY almost the whole time!
