It's hard to believe it's July already!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!  Welcome to the Menus and Miles!!!! 

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals. 

B:    2 oz. tuna fish, 1 scrambled egg, margarine  (YUM) 
S:    few blueberries and 3 strawberries
L:     Campbells Bean and Bacon Soup
S:    100 Calorie Klondike
D:    McDonalds Ranch Snack Wrap with no dressing       
S:    Small piece of Pumpkin pie
S:     

Calories:  
Carbs:        
Protein:             
      

Miles:      Went shopping and pushed stroller
Vitamins:    Done
Water:  Working on it

Right now I am thinking some tuna and eggs would hit the spot!

But anyway...

64 oz goal with a tummeh that isn't very happy today.

So far: 12oz - 11am
1 zantac and 1 lexipro
1 multivitamin

2:00 pm
1/4 cup of chicken broth w/ (don't tell DH!!!!) 2 tsp of matzah ball
BA chocolate chew

Rest of day:

12 oz tea
4 oz  of apple and peach baby food over 2 hours(OMG!)
12 oz of vitamin water
1 lexapro
1 atenelol
1 xanax (I am not sleeping well)
1 prilosec

So I am getting in the vites and meds and actually made Anth take me to Target tonight to shop for an hour (yay!) but I don't think I did so well with the fluids.  Tomorrow is another day!!!

Sharon, I don't know what matzah ball is, but it doesn't sound like something you are supposed to have this early out...LOL

Its just a dumpling, made with matzah flour (wheat), a little oil and an egg) that is soaked in chicken soup.  These were nasty but I know a place in Pittsburgh that makes them float like AIR!!!

I love dumplings!!!!!  I have never been able to make them.

Confession: I had a couple licks of my mom's ice cream cone last night, but I didn't have an ice cream cone myself!

Today:

B-protein shake (18)
S-2% fage w/sf jam
L- protein shake (18)
S-2% fage w/sf jam
D- grilled chicken and veggie kabob, and 1/4 baked potato

Exercise- personal trainer- 30 minutes cardio (TBD), 30 minutes strength

Protein 96g/calories 776/carbs 51

Congrats  on only licking!  I didn't eat the cotton candy, the pizza , the pretzels but I ATE a lot of FAT and salt yesterday.  It took all I had (willpower) not to eat a ton of junk at the game last night.  I tried to make the game about something other than food but because I am detoxing, I was HUNGRY almost the whole time!

Were you the devil like me? I've been craving pizza so bad!! Good job. Not that fat doesn't matter, but when you are managing out sugar and carbs, fat isn't that bad. You are workin it girl!

Today the detox kicked in and I feel sick so I haven't even eaten lunch yet...........and I am not hungry.

I will get my protein in one way or another today, so no worries.........
