Vitamin D3 - order the 10,000IU sublinguals if that's what you want. The 50,000IUs are small capsules and you would want to take one 3 or 4 times a week.

Your protein and albumin are very nice.

Your AST and ALT are also very nice.

Iron is very good but would really like to see ferritin as well.

B12 is excellent, don't worry about it being high.

Folate is good. Over 24 is better but you're fine IMO.

Is the zinc near the top of the range? That's where you want it to be.

I don't see calcium or PTH. Need those to go with your D.

Magnesium? Near top of the range too.

They look pretty good to me otherwise. Rock on!

Calcium was 9.7
Zinc was 92 says 130 is the highest, good I thought
Dont know which one is magnesium I should but dont,
He does a TSH instead, which is the thyroid.. at 1.050 I am hoping that is good.

Thank you, trying hard to stay on top of all this. As Gina posted this morning, I DO not want to get to where that other woman was. Too important to live.

i'm no vitamin guru for sure but I really do think I started having tons more energy when my D3 got up.  I do the 50,000 everyother day.

Your vitamin D is very low - order the Dry D3 from vitalady - 50, 000 unit capsules and start out taking them 2 times per week.  I was taking them 3 times per week and my level skyrocketed, so I would start out with 2 times per week and get your level rechecked in 2 months and then you can always adjust from there.

You don't have a PTH which is essential to go with your PTH and vitamin D to see how your bones are doing.

your calcium is a bit high, you might want to increase it since high calcium levels means you are leaking calcium from your bones.  Ideally we want them to be around 9.2 or 9.3   You should be taking a minimum of 1500-1800mg per day in 3 daily doses, many take up to 2000mg.

Your sodium and K(potassium) are actually normally unless your lab has different ranges than I have seen at most labs.  A high potassium can be dangerous, so if it truely shows high - talk to your doctor.

Protein and liver are great.  Cholesterol and triglicerides are a bit high

B12 and folate are great.

You are missing vitamin A, b1, ferritin,  magnesium, selenium.

The important part of the CBC are the RBC, hemoglobin, hemacrit.  A high EOS and  baso just mean you are suffering from allergies.

Your TSH is great.
