before and afters

Hey girls looking for some before and after without plastic surgery please. I have a big fear of a lot of loss skin since I had 3 c-sections. look at all the before and after pics and not seeing anyone really my size. 5'2 34 years old weigh in right now 215lbs I have not had my surgery yet goal from doctor is 130lbs please help me stop having bad dreams of my skin hanging to my feet lol

Look at the photos on my page.  I was 220, now 124, 4'11.  No plastics but I am 64 and have had 4 open abdominal surgeries.  I don't look bad at all in clothes, without ????  Only my boobs hang.

I have had 2 c-sections.  You definitely will  have skin, no way to get around that.  I look great IN clothes though.....Take a peak at my profile pics, I added you as a friend.  I started out at 298 lbs and am now 133 lbs, I'm 5', 33 y/o.\

52 years old. 5'1" - ish.  195 down to 115.

I uploaded my before 'n afters to my Profile page. I took pix every month as I lost. But it's all with clothes on. Of course, that's how most people see me.

I am 5'3" in the first pic I am 244 and then each one tells the amount loss. The last pic was in January I'm down another 10 pounds from that pic. No plastic surgery yet. In clothes I look and feel great. While my skin is loose without clothes on the only part that bothers me is my mons. I will be getting that fixed the rest can hang if it wants it's not that bad.

Before:  July - 1 year before surgery - all time high...

After: As close as I will get to a bathing suit now - but I didn't wear one when I was heavy either!!

After:

My legs are probably the worst.  I am a lot older than you and also had a lot more weight to lose.  I bet at your age you will do really good, especially if you exercise along the way to firm things up.  It won't help with the skin, but it will help with the muscle under the skin.  I lost when I was younger and did not have any skin issues.  I had been heavy this last time for a lot longer.

I would still do it again if my skin were hanging to my toes because I feel so much better and can do things I never dreamed I would be able to do!!

Congrats on your upcoming surgery!

You are so young your skin might  bounce right back.  Exercising will help.  I have friends your age who had surgery that look great in bikinis.

I probably depends on what kind of C-Section you had. All of my DD's who are around your age had C-Sections and they barely have scars and it's so low that it should not effect weight loss at all.

I had 3 up and down C-Sections and because of the scar my tummy hangs funny and I can't get approved through my insurance for plastics because one side hangs just enough and the other side doesn't hang enough.  It's kind of like an upset down heart.
