WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Happy Happy Monday......  We had such a relaxing weekend.  I went this morning with DD#3 to hear the baby's heartbeat and it was really strong!  Can't wait for next months appt. Getting super excited to find out what she is having.

Yay, how exciting.  Is she really having 'babies'?  You're gonna be busy!!

Today was horrible trafficwise.  It was foggy in the morning and the freeway was closed due to accidents.  This happened on several different freeways causing horrible traffic delays.  I gave up and worked from home for a few hours as sitting in traffic for hours wasn't going to help anyone.

No...only 1 baby...I corrected it....LOL  Although the 6 yr. old is very disappointed there aren't twins.  His dad, grandfather and cousins are twins and he really wanted 2.

My DD#1 is also  fortunate enough she can work from home when she needs to.  We had some terrible fog last week but the weather has been cooler but nice the last few days.

Sounds Good!

It's nicer here today and we are expecting 75 on Saturday.  Hopefully we don't have any rain so I can get the rest of my flowers pruned for winter.

Sounds Delish!!!!

Here is the link to the recipe:  It was really good.  DH even liked it.  It has Cauliflower chopped pretty small, onion, olive oil, some garlic, lemon juice.
