WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Friday!!!   My scales were up 2 pounds this morning!!!   I'm thinking it's the hospital food catching up to me. A few days of upping the Protein should get those nasty pounds off.  The best way for me to stay in my "happy range" is to catch it right away.  That's why I'm an every day weigher.    Our Trick or Treat is Monday evening.  I bought little bags of chips and capri suns to hand out.  I have learned that I can't control myself with bags of candy in my house.

Hi Roz! I'd be all over those little bags of chips

Didn't feel like thinking about food last night (that's when I plan my day) so today I just grabbed what was in the fridge (every thing gets put away in my serving sizes, if hubby wants it he'll just have to take two or more)

B - pot roast

S - greek yogurt

L - pot roast

S - boiled egg and 2 slices deli turkey

That's all I got for the day so far. Its about 450 calories and 50 grams of protein, so its shaping up do be a good stat day.

Hoping to get out of work early so we can get on the road to VA.  We'll drive about 4 hours tonight just get into PA before calling it a day.  Dinner will be on the road somewhere but protein first and I'll take a protein shake in the truck too!

Looking forward to the 80 degree weather in Martinsville on Sunday, and if my driver (Brad) wins the race that will make it even better!

Have a great weekend Ladies!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!
