I walk for at least 30 minutes-1 hour every day now!
Drink more water!!
I will consider exercise to be on a regular basis once 8 months are complete.
Excerise regularly
This was a goal for me even though I never had it listed. I now exercise about 5 days a week.
Moving will help me sooooo much.
I started back at Kirkwood Fitness with a trainer, John. I now do the weights, bike, swim 5 days wk.
Exercise at least six times a week.
