Good morning,

Well, on my way to the doctor this morning.  Just annual check up.  All those stuff us woman do not  want to do!

Weight still stable.  183 to 185, I have been up to 191.  Panny surgery looks good. Have appointment this mouth with the surgeon for a check up.   He did a really good job.  i was worried about the scar but I can live with it. It really is not that bad. He did a good job.   The scar from my RNY is what is horrible.

My life is so different from 5 years ago.  I'm divorced after 24 years years.  My children are grown and living their lives.  I'm proud of them.  I'm dating. As old as I am dating.  That is an entire new story.  

I'm going to show my kindness today.  I want to show how the Lord is blessing me right this minute.
