well we got hit with a big snow storm here and Daniel went to work yesterday and I havent seen him since. Im sure he will show up at home sometime today : ) i do miss him. it would of been kinda fun to hang here all weekend with him but no such luck.
so today im trying something new. im not smoking and i finally broke open those packs of nictoret lozenges. im having one right now and i would say my last cig was about 2 hours ago.
i can see this is going to be hour by hour here. after this thing disolves i think im going to try to tak a nap. that will kill some hours and when i get up maybe Daniel will be home.
tomorrow i have my endoscopy to do so atleast the morning i wont be smoking and if i can make thru the rest of today without smoking ill have a good day and a half under my belt.
im probably biting off more than i can chew but oh well like mama used to say i go into everything without thinking it thru. some things work out and some dont. i hope this works out. i want to stop smoking and have this surgery done. by the time i go back to work i want to be skinnier and smoke free. those are my two goals for now.
