Still waiting again....

No word from anybody since last post. Going to call tomorrow. It should not be this difficult to get a yes or no answer. It bad enough I waiting around for 2+weeks because they could call me & tell me they we're missing something.  His staff is making him look bad. I should't say staff, guess there is just one person there that is dropping the ball and can't handle her workload. Maybe they should hire someone to help her.
