7 weeks post op is my scale working

Today I am 7 weeks out from surgery. I have lost about 40lbs. I read a lot of comments on OH about other people's weight stalling but thought no way that would happen to me. I mean I am eating healthy and exercising daily. I am ensuring that I am getting my vitamins and protein in.  However I have been sick this week with a sinus infection so that has slowed me down a lot. I am not complaining because it is obvious that I am losing inches when I look in the mirror. I have to remind myself that it has only been 7 weeks. I am so proud of myself for the progress made thus far. I am excited about the road ahead.
