Post-Op Appt....

Had the first of my Post-Op appointments with the Beaumont Weight Control Center and I've LOST 11 POUNDS SINCE SURGERY!!! Hooray! I've never lost 11 pounds ever at one time! I feel great and so far everything is non-eventful. Just need to remember to keep getting in my protein and water....water and protein. And take my vitamins. Other than that everyone is really please with my results. Monday I have my Post-Op with my surgeon, Dr. Krause. I'm sure he'll be pleased too.
