W2, D3 of the 5DPT

(Code: 2nd week, 3rd day of the 5day pouch test) lol

Day 3: Soft Protein

So that means a nice bacon & cheddar omlet for breakfast & tuna for lunch!

I have to say, that I feel really good!
After just about 2 weeks on the 5DPT, I feel like im prepared to take on the Atkins for 6 weeks.
My body is phisically hurting right now b/c I started a weight lifting regimine & incorporated that w/ my little WO routine.
Previously i was doing 20 mins/day on the TM + yoga 1x/wk. That really didnt seem to produce any results. At least (after about a week & a half mind you), not the kind of WL results I am accustomed to seeing (being a GBS patient & all - you know - the kind of result we all saw in the first week(s) post op). So i decided my little 20min/day 3-4 days/wk wasnt cuttin it.

This week, i changed that to:
30-45mins/day on the TM or Bike
Yoga 1x/week
mon-fri weight training, alternating: Upper/ Core/ Lower/ Core/ Upper muscle groups.
I started off w/ Upper on monday & my arms & sholders are STILL KILLING ME! but i have to say its a good killing me:) This morning I did 45mins on the TM & it's getting more & more difficult to walk as the day goes on.

I think im sleeping better as well. I started taking PM tys, which helps me go to sleep earlier & sleep solidly (seriously - i am knocked out!!)

Im really looking forward to burning off this fat & replacing it w/ tighter toner healthier muscle!
I really want to get back to the hot sexy chick i was at 165.
 but this time - i want to show off some major guns!
