I've had what i consider to be a "milestone"... I was sitting and chatting with my grand daughters beautiful mama this morning and as we were talking I realized something... I had crossed my legs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had gained so much weight in the past that I could no longer do that, I was sittn & chattn with Jasper and realized that I was doing it with no effort. I was comfortable. I had always sat with my legs crossed when I was thinner. Now that I'm blogging about it, it brings a tear to my eyes. I have no idea why the is making me so emotional. PMS maybe?? oh yeah 261 now!!! I am tryn. i know i need to excercise more. im gonna shoot to get into work early and try some walking for half hour before my run. They have a "mini-gym" upstairs and thought id check it out- free- what the heck!im gonna have to call my mom about the whole sitting experience. i know im losing cause i feel better and NONE of my clothes fit, hehe. although im gaining this "dunlap" belly thing im not so fond of-hence excercise. even with excercise i think a tuck there might be needed-lets excercise first and see where i get.~B
