Gastric bypass: Day 1- Happy re-birthday to me!!

Sugery went well. I was in so much pain afterwards I just wanted to die. I even asked one of the nurses why I did this to myself. She stepped back and told me to look at her. She held her arms up and "said I had this done for years ago and I don't regret a single thing about it and neither will you." It's been over 28 hours since I've had anything to eat or drink and I am so thirsty!!

There was someone in my room at least ever...
