Is skin removal covered under any insurance companies? Or do we have to pay for it out of pocket?

I know I shouldn't have it. I know I don't NEED it. But, I can't stop eating chocolate and sweet snacks! I don't know what my problem is, but I know I need to quit it! I'm so worried about going back to where I was, I can't stand it! Is there another

My doctor just recommended I eat more dense proteins to fill me up more. Is there a place where I can get some good recipes? Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfasts with dense proteins? Any help would be appreciated! P.S. I'm 6 months out a

I'm only 4 weeks out from surgery and I'm eating 1/2 cup of food per meal. I can eat pretty much everything but meats, raw veggies, and nuts. I can even have two crackers or toast with every meal. My concern is that I've been "hungry" in between meals
