Four weeks post op tomorrow. I just mindlessly binged on 3 1/2 oz of cream cheese, and 2 tbs peanut butter on 4 wheat crackers. This is something I would have done prior to surgery. But I would have ate the entire package of crackers. I feel so ashamed
