One week post op!

I'm still feeling better and better every day.....I actually was able to get myself out of bed today for the first time with no assistance....this has is a major victory to me as its the last thing I needed help with.

I tell ya  - I never knew my stomach muscles were so intricate in every movement you make until you have surgery.   I was so thankful for it today!!

I have my one week post op appt too ....I will be seeing my angel, Dr. Schneider at 3:00pm.....I hope all goes well but feel it should.  I still dont really feel like Ive lost much, however, I will be planning to move my little weight ticker for the first time today based on my doc appt.   I have been to afraid to step on the scale at home as I do not want to become obsessed with it.......and if I start today I will be on it three times a day every day.....no need to be that obsessed.   So, I will try to stay off and do it once a week.

So, let the drumroll begin and I will plan on updating it later!
