more than a year...

Over a year out, and not much less than where I was at 6 months...

I have not been good with my eating or my working out... I have not gained weight, which is good...but I am not losing either.

I would like to lose another 20-30 pounds.

I know what I need to do to make it happen...now I just need to do it.  I am moving in 2 weeks, and I am starting fresh...

New place, new lifestyle...

BACK ON TRACK!!!

So...this will be short and to the point...

6 month surgiversary today...lab values all good...need to take extra vit d...

down to 194...

best decision i have ever made in my life...but having a bummer day...in a funk...dont know why...

SO I recently moved...and through the fast food while driving, and being in an extended stay hotel...and not working out...

I have gone from 195 back to 200...

Very frustrated...I need to get back on track...

So I dont have much time, so this will be short and sweet.  Stalled at 204 lbs for 2 weeks...but this morning was AMAZING!  Stepped on the scale and what does it read...199.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I am trying really hard to pay down my credit card debt...but I just cant seem to get ahead.

I feel like as much as I try to scrape together...it doesnt make a dent...

I could really use a lottery win right now...but dont want to spend the money to buy a lottery ticket...so that does not get my anywhere...

So basically I am just feeling blah...

Im making my clothes last for as long as I can, because I cant afford to buy new ones...I sold some old clothes on craigslist, but used to money to pay bills...


life is really no fun right now...
