Well, not bad today but could have done better.  I hate being out and about because then I am more likely to stuff crap down my throat. 

I tried to walk for 30 minutes today but I did not drink enough water.  I need to make sure that I at least drink 64 oz daily.  I will take my One a Day women's multy vitamin, iron supp, b-12 and Biotin shortly.

Today I ate a large salad at home but I added avocado, 5 slices pepperoni, and about 4tbs Ranch dressing.  Sad thing is I don't even really care for ranch but I didn't want to open a new bottle of dressing and then the Ranch go to waste instead I put it on my waist.  How dumb was that.  Then I shared a "Super Nacho with 2 other people and had a carnitas taco and two 16 oz cups of iced tea with 1 sweet and low each. 

I think rather than eating again I will go and have some water and maybe a glass of FF milk for all of these pills.

Wish me luck for tomorrow that it be a better day and that I get my behind out there and walk again.  I would like to get back to having the 2 protein shakes a day, 64 oz of water and one meal.  I was able to lose weight when I did this.  I need to lose 20 lbs and I would like to lose 3lbs per week and be at my goal of -20 lbs by May 3, 2010.  Now, I do not plan on losing less than 2lbs per week so at the least I will lose 20 lbs by May 24, 2010.

Now, I was in the hospital for a few days and I know that I have been eating a lot so anticipate that I gained about 5lbs so that would put my weight at 352lbs.  My the above date I "will" be 332lbs and I haven't seen that number in a little over 2yrs.

Please pray for me y'all because I am gonna need it.  Gotta go talk to the man above to give me the strength.
