One month out

Hi Friends. Well I am down 31 lbs! I was stuck for 6 days at the same weight and was freaking out but everyone reassured me, including my doctor that it was fine and it was my body saying "what's going on" and trying to hold on to the fat :)

I feel good and have healed pretty well. I am back to work after taking 3 weeks off (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU CAN). The staff has been really supportive. I decided not to tell them until I was ok and out of the woods.

Thanks for all the OH support. You guys are great.

My goal for now is 175 so I am pushing forward.
