staying focused, staying on track!

Well as i wait for my surgery consult I'm still exercising and eating right! My plan is to be 280 before surgery and today im at 309lbs (a loss of 38 lbs since my PCP visit) so we will see, i gotta stay confident and determined! im commited to a healthy lifestyle for life! also im taking all my vitamins which include:
Multivitamins Liquid Vitamins Vitamin B Complex Vitamin B12
Vitamin B6 Vitamin C Vitamin D Calcium
Iron Zinc Omega 3s  
i need more vitamin D my doc says, so they up'd my IU's..also im making my own protein shakes with "whey". I'm so anxious and excited and will def update soon and after my surgery consult to give u guys my surgery date...yay:)
